At Rockwood Garden Studios, we take pride in being a family-run business committed to offering our customers the most competitive pricing. Each garden room is unique, and since we provide a fully bespoke service, a standard price list is not feasible. However, as a general guideline, you can estimate the cost around £1300-£1800 per square metre.
Our garden rooms are fully insulated and can be used all year round and with a fully plastered and painted finish it is just like relaxing in your own home.

Once you have chosen your garden room we ask for a deposit of £500 to secure your place in the calendar, 6 weeks before the installation date we ask for 60% of the final price and the final payment is collected on completion. You can now relax and enjoy your new garden room.
